Castcon-Stone, Inc. designs, manufactures and delivers structurally compatible precast concrete stair and landing systems that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations for quality, value, aesthetics, delivery and support. We are committed to complying with the provisions of our Quality Management Program and all applicable industry design standards. We are a member of the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI).
As a company, we strive to infuse in every employee the desire and dedication to continuously improve all aspects of our organization. Top management regularly reviews this mission statement to ensure that we are fulfilling our promise to our valued customers to provide a superior product, on budget, and on time—every time.
Our plant uses the PCI Plant Certification Program as our guide and the Quality Control Manual MNL-116-99 as the basis for our Quality System. We pledge to conduct semi-annual internal audits of our Quality System. This is our commitment to our customers.
